MODA WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

We’ve Got You Covered

At Moda, we stand behind the quality of every bike we produce. As part of our commitment to rider satisfaction and product integrity, we offer a comprehensive warranty for original retail purchasers, covering defects in materials and workmanship under the following terms:

Warranty Coverage

3 Years

  • Carbon frames and original forks

  • Titanium frames and original forks

1 Year

  • Paint finish and decals

All other original components are covered under the manufacturer’s own warranty terms. Any items not explicitly listed above are not covered by Moda’s warranty.

What’s Not Covered

Please note, this warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper assembly or incorrect installation

  • Lack of regular servicing and maintenance

  • Installation of incompatible or non-original parts

  • Damage due to accident, misuse, neglect, crash, or abuse

  • Labour charges for parts replacement or servicing

  • Transport or shipping to/from DHW Agencies for evaluation

Any modification made to the frame, fork, or components will immediately void this warranty.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty is:

  • Limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at Moda’s discretion

  • Valid only for the original owner and non-transferable

  • Applicable only to Moda bikes purchased through an authorised Moda dealer or distributor

  • Subject to proof of purchase

Moda is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Claims made outside the country of original purchase cannot be handled by Moda UK. Warranty terms may vary by frame model and specification. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

MODA CARE: Loyalty Replacement Programme

We understand that accidents happen. If your Moda frame or component is damaged outside of warranty conditions (e.g., crash damage), our Moda Loyalty Programme offers discounted replacement options for registered customers.

This loyalty initiative provides added peace of mind and ensures you can get back on the road quickly and affordably.

MAINTENANCE & SAFETY CHECKS

To protect your investment and safety, your Moda bike or frameset should be periodically inspected by an authorised Moda dealer. Regular checks should include:

  • Frame and fork for cracks, dents, deformation, corrosion or peeling paint

  • Stress indicators around welds and joints

  • Signs of fatigue or misuse

These inspections are essential for safety and product longevity and may help prevent accidents or frame failure due to unnoticed wear or damage.

Important Usage Guidelines

Moda bikes are designed and engineered for road, gravel, and all-terrain cycling — depending on the model. However, they are not intended for:

  • Trick riding, jumping, or ramp riding

  • Aggressive off-road or extreme downhill use (unless specifically rated)

  • Commercial, heavy-load, or cargo use

  • Any use outside the intended riding discipline

Improper use will void the warranty and may lead to product failure or serious injury.
